• There is no return policy at Dawakhana Hakim Ajmal Khan
(Pvt.) Ltd. One a product is received, it cannot be returned.
• Only exchange is possible within 07 days of receiving the order and products
must be in same condition i.e. in packed and sealed position. For exchange you
will also have to provide receipt or proof of purchase.
• Inspect your order before receiving if your parcel is opened or damaged at
the time of delivery don’t accept or receive the parcel from courier.
• After opening the parcel you received the product is damaged or broken
position contact us immediately and send us the pictures or video at company
